Please see sizing information below. I recommend measuring the child's head whenever possible to provide the best gauge for sizing. As these bonnets fit a range of sizes, they will fit closer to the brow and lower on the neck on the lower end of the size bracket and higher up on the forehead and neck on the upper end.
Sizes :
Newborn - fits NB up to 4 weeks
0-3 months - fits heads up to 15"
3-6 months - fits heads up to 17"
6-12 months - fits heads up to 19"
1-2t fits heads up to 20.5"

Kaia - 2 months and the bonnet she wears is 0-6m.
