COVID-19 Shipping Information
Unfortunately due to covid-19 we are experiencing large delivery delays.
Australia Post and Sendle have advised to expect up to an additional 7 business days on top of the regular time frame at the moment for domestic orders. Untracked lettermail has also been delayed by additional 5-10 business days. We have seen parcels take up to 2 weeks to reach within the same state.
Both couriers have also advised an additional 25 business days on top of the regular time frame for international orders. Flights are limited all over the world and in some countries, post is being held for 14 days in quarantine before being delivered.
I wish I could deliver all these orders as soon as possible but please know once you get your shipment email, they are on the way and I’m so grateful for your patience at this crazy time!

What are the shipping costs?
Australia:
Free shipping on all orders over $120AUD (2-3 business days from dispatch)
$10AUD flat rate shipping on all orders under $120AUD (2-3 business days from dispatch)
$3 untracked lettermail is available for orders under 200g (bows & clips). Please note that this may take up to 2-4 weeks and they are not trackable.
New Zealand:
$15 - 18 AUD shipping on orders depending on weight (5-7 business days once dispatched)
Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.
Worldwide:
$15 - 25 AUD shipping on orders depending on weight (minimum of 10 working days from dispatch).

International deliveries:
For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.
Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.
Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less $60AUD to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.
Please make sure your order is correct.
No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Piccolo .
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please note that all items are handmade to order and an email will be sent once your order has been dispatch. Each item will have a turnaround time listed in the description.
However if we are having a store wide discount or a new season launch due to the large amount of orders we receive our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we work hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
